Armando Feliciano made a motion to approve the minutes from January 18, 2022 Board Meeting Monthly Board Meeting on 01-18-22.
Jessica Putnam seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

- E.D. monthly report to the Board
- Recommendations and feedback for revisions to the 2023 Employee Handbook
- Out of school suspensions
- Academic performance - remote learning, 2nd Quarter grades
- Parent-teacher conferences
- Mask mandate - feedback from staff, parents; whether visitors will be required to be masked in the building; jurisdiction that determines visitors' mask policy for MLKCSE
- Number of staff absences due to illness

Denise Pagan-Vega made a motion to Adjourn monthly board meeting and go into Executive Session.

The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Wilma recognized the MLKCSE choir singing at Springfield's Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration and thanked Kendra's for ensuring the school was part of this year's celebration.
