Call the Meeting to Order
G. Alexander called a meeting of the board of directors of Lowcountry Montessori School to order on Monday Aug 14, 2023 at 10:32 AM.

Approve Minutes
J. Poole made a motion to Table Mins until the meeting on August 25th.
J. Ephland seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Other Business
A.
PPP funds allocation
J. Ephland made a motion to Approve the paperwork and bid for $296k. Use the PPP funds and address the gap of $84k.
J. Iszkula seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 10:54 AM.

- Never had a fundraising effort raise this much money, so need to discuss other ways to raise this money
