Call the Meeting to Order
G. Alexander called a meeting to order on Friday Aug 14, 2026 at 4:02 PM.
T. Brosnan made a motion to approve emergency plan as written with intention to amend if needed at later date.
A. Chavarria seconded the motion.
Discussion had involved all members of the board regarding the wording of parts of the emergency plan

A. Chavarria made a motion to adjourn meeting.
M. Thompson seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:40 PM.
