G. Alexander called a meeting to order on Saturday Dec 20, 2025 at 10:07 AM.

Approve Minutes
T. Brosnan made a motion to approve the minutes from Board meeting on 11-19-25.
K. Lyon seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
T. Brosnan made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance meeting on 10-13-25.
K. Lyon seconded the motion.
The team VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
