Fiscal Budget Planning
Matt made the recommendation that next year fiscal discussions should start in January and have the updated, and accurate numbers reflected in the budget. Everyone agreed that this was the best path forward.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 12:04 PM.

Jonathan presented numbers on the budget. Matt asked to see numbers that were reflective of LMS's current financial situation, and not on the budget. Jonathan made recommendation to revise the budget so discussions on budget could be accurate.
The committee decided to gather as much accurate data as they could during the next month to evaluate whether a budget amendment was needed or not.
