Call the Meeting to Order

A. Wright called a meeting of the Fundraising Committee of Lowcountry Montessori School to order on Wednesday Nov 5, 2025 at 4:08 PM.

Old Business

Food Truck Night

  • A. Chavarria will take fliers throughout town and carpool line
  • Need facebook posts put out (A. Wright and V. Romig)
  • Logistics (S. Fox and A. Chavarria)

Drive In Night

  • Will be pushed to spring due to conflicts with doing event in December (V. Romig)

Family Photo Sessions

  • A. Wright and V. Romig will work on set up, decorations, will be there day of to manage

Cookbook update (T. Brosnan)

  • Proofs for covers have been approved
  • Pre-order form is set up on RevTrack
  • Will post cover/divider art on Facebook
  • Will ship the week of Thanksgiving
  • Offer at Holiday Shop

Holiday Shop (V. Romig)

  • Sign up genius (see about using PTO one?)
  • Online shopping option this year
  • Will figure out location with S. Fox

Summer Camp (V. Romig)

  • S. Fox will ask staff about signing up to work camp; will know by end of month
  • Create a waitlist as part of participant sign up
  • Will finalize at December meeting

Committee decided to push discussion of spring events to December meeting due to significant number of upcoming events.
