M. Bernard called a meeting of the board of trustees of Summit Academy Charter School to order on Tuesday Nov 26, 2019 at 7:07 PM.

V. Connelly made a motion to postpone minutes from the Board Meeting on 10-29-19 to Dec meeting Board Meeting on 10-29-19.
