At 9:20 AM, Amryll Cummings made a motion to enter Executive Session.
Megan Vargas seconded the motion.
At 12:23 PM,Megan Vargas made a motion to exit Executive Session.
Daniel Ortiz seconded the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 12:24 PM.

Three staff members addressed the Board to share current concerns related to special populations compliance and school culture. Staff also acknowledged that Dr. Valbrun is taking steps to address and correct the concerns raised.
