Call the Meeting to Order
J. Hansen called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Wesley International Academy to order on Tuesday Aug 17, 2021 at 4:51 PM.

J. Hansen made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 06-15-21.

Academic:
1. Student growth will increase as measured by baseline data from the MAPP assessment in August through the end of the school year, specifically measuring ELA and Math growth scores.
Social Emotional Support:
2. 60% of teachers will be trained and certified in Restorative Practices.
IB Certification:
3. Create and prepare the IB certification team to support the MYP and PYP visits for IB reauthorization. This team will meet every other month and regularly update the Academic Excellence Committee on progress.
