I Ready Testing Data Presentation

2nd diagnostic data - February administration - PYP took in the building (parent help) MYP in late January

Most students saw an increase in reading proficiency
1st grade teachers more vigilant about "help"
At the end of the year, comparisons can be made between virtual and brick and mortar students.
*Communicate what is being done to close the gap.*

Math numbers are lower in 5th grade. Not as much increase across the board.

Growth is much better in MYP but still low in 1st and 2nd grade. Math growth is not as good according to the data.
Demographic data - Did see some decreases across racial and socioeconomic groups

Next steps: Grade level meetings
data talks with teachers -
planning for next year -

Summer school to bridge gaps
how to cut down the student teacher ratio - intensive and personalized instruction with the smaller classes

MYP - Analysis of Benchmark Data alongside I Ready Data
Schedule considerations using data
teacher led conferences with students

Goal setting for the year tabled.

B.

Virtual Teaching Update

III. Other Business

A.

Teacher Gifted certification on track to complete

Teachers being trained for gifted

B.

IB Teacher training

On pace to hit this goal as well
