Virtual Learning
Updates by Mr. Marshall
- WIA families will be receiving a letter about the year end and grading process
- May 21st will be the last day
- leadership is discussing how we will be transitioning out/in to the building, working towards establishing a strategic approach

Governance
Voting on the slate of directors. All current directors will be returning next year.
T. Tidwell made a motion to approve slate of directors for next year.

Development
Most of the funding requests are for improvements to the auditorium.
Seeking grants for technology.
We are very close to meeting the goal of $75k this year. (only $2k short)

Finance Update
Please attend our next Finance Committee meeting on May 20th.
We will be discussing budget for the next fiscal years.
This will be the first of the two meetings devoted to budget discussions before the final FY21 budget is presented to the board during June's Board Meeting.
