Given 2nd week after break tried moving from December but saw the same results. Make ups took some time -
Growth goals - 1st had the smallest growth; 48% were in the highest percentile - MYP - around 30% growth -
MAP gives an algorithm for individual student growth - measured compared to their peers -
Reading - 2nd had lowest growth but most in the highest percentile - means that higher performing students are not growing; so admin is working with teachers to better serve those students
Observed growth - 4th and 5th are the lowest growth MYP decreases for seventh grade - Algebra students are included in the eighth grade measurement -
Reading - pyp - meeting growth goals except in 5th graade
MYP - no grades reaching the goal and 7th is -.5
PYP Math projected proficiency - see slide - low numbers on proficient and distinguished
MYP - numbers are even lower -
Reading - PYP - ELA is a little low in the 3rd grade; MYP numbers are also low -
