T. Tidwell called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Wesley International Academy to order on Monday Dec 17, 2018 at 4:44 PM.

Approve November Minutes
T. Ryan-Lawrence made a motion to approve minutes from the Governance Committee Meeting on 11-12-18 Governance Committee Meeting on 11-12-18.
T. Tidwell seconded the motion.
The motion unanimously did not carry.

A couple of people on the radar, but need to push for more comittment and new nominations.
