  • Currently set for 1st of Thursday of the month at 4p
  • January and April dates currently fall during school breaks
  • 2nd Thursday slot is held by Development/Fundraising Committee
  • Maybe we could meet on the 3rd Thursday in January and April?
  B. Establish Plan of Action for Policy Review and Updates
   
  • Need to partner with Administration - really they lead this charge
  • Need to identify at least 2 admin participants
  • Need to identify at least 2 board participants
  • Need to set timeline for action and accountability
  C. Check-In with Executive Director Re: Single Gender Study Plan
   
  • October 31, 2017 deadline for project completion/report to the Board
  • Ask for an update on the plan of action currently contemplated
  • Offer any assistance needed from the board/committee
  D. Set Committee Goals for 2017-18

  • Suggestion: Board Bylaw update/clean up
