Call the Meeting to Order
N. Brinson called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Excelsior Village Academies to order on Saturday Nov 16, 2024 at 10:16 AM.

Approve Minutes
N. Brinson made a motion to approve the minutes from Excelsior Village Academies' Finance Committee Meeting on 10-19-24.
R. Hutchins seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

- Grit N' Wit Sponsorship Levels
- Questions:
- How are we going to get the word out about the fundraising?
- Reaching out to people with a vested interest in the school and the community
- How engaged are we in the community?
- What is the relationship between the entry Fee and the Sponsorship Levels?
- What is the vetting process for sponsorship?
- How are we going to get the word out about the fundraising?
- Questions:
- GA Gives - Fundraising Goal is $2500
- The campaign expires on Giving Tuesday - Dec. 3
- Double Good Popcorn - Family Popcorn Sales

Update on EVA Banking Status
- EVA had to delineate different accounts for different things to protect EVA assets
- Each account now has concrete goals and purposes
- As the school grows, we will continue to reassess the banking status of the school to ensure our banking institutions can accommodate all the needs of a growing school
