Call the Meeting to Order
L. Whitaker called a meeting of the KIPP Administrative Service Corporation Board of Trustees Committee of KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools to order on Thursday Jun 10, 2021 at 12:09 PM.
II. KASC Board of Trustees
A.
Real Estate
- N. Wiltshire updated the board on real estate
- Updates include the Whittier project lease agreement and terms
- The lease guarantor has to be voted on and signed
- Discussion took place surrounding specifics of the lease agreement
R. Knowles made a motion to approve resolution with amendments of KASC as the guarantor of the Whittier lease agreement.
J. Davidse seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
