A regular meeting of the KIPP Administrative Services Corporation Development Committee in joint session with regular meetings of the KIPP Philadelphia Charter School Board of Trustees Development Committee, KIPP West Philadelphia Preparatory Charter School Board of Trustees Development Committee, KIPP DuBois Charter School Board of Trustees Development Committee, KIPP West Philadelphia Charter School Board of Trustees Development Committee, KIPP North Philadelphia Charter School Board of Trustees Development Committee, and KIPP Parkside Charter School Board of Trustees Development Committee, with Committee Chair Jerry Davidse presiding.

Call the Meeting to Order
J. Davidse called a meeting of the Development Committee of KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools to order on Tuesday Apr 6, 2021 at 4:02 PM.

Exhibit A(1) - Approve August 25, 2020 Minutes
T. Algarin made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 08-25-20.
F. Middleton seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Exhibit A(2) - Approve November 17, 2020 Minutes
A. Aerts made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 11-17-20.
F. Middleton seconded the motion.

T. Algarin made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 01-26-21.

YTD Progress
- Z. Rankin opened the meeting with an update on the transition of her position from the Development Team at KIPP
- Z. Rankin opened the meeting with discussion on the FY21 Progress to Date goals to the committee
- Z. Rankin continued the discussion around Development Committee Goals
III. Other Business
A.
Development Committee Meeting April 6, 2021
- Z. Rankin presented the planning for April to June to the committee
- Z. Rankin updated the committee on the status of hiring a campaign consultant which scheduled to happen in the next 2 weeks
- Discussion took place around timeline of campaign consultant involvement
- J. Davidse informed the committee of the Development leadership transition with Chatara Benson taking over in June 2021
