Dawn Capello made a motion to Move to recommend the AMSA Board of Trustees accepts the results of the AMSA and Soaring Eagles Foundation Audit conducted by AAF CPAs.
Roger Jarrett seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

- General discussion: Kristin Carney will present 2 items to the AMSA Board of Trustees on 9/23/21: a summary of the audit and the recent Finance Committee decision to recommend the 20yr loan term to facilitate the purchase of 199 and 201 Forest St. campus.
