Call the Meeting to Order
Benjamin Hammel called a meeting of the Development Committee of Advanced Math & Science Academy Charter School to order on Tuesday May 11, 2021 at 8:30 AM.

Approve Minutes
Motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 04-13-21.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Capital Campaign
A.
Status of Consultant
- Ellen has a list of possible consultants. She has already interviewed one and will continue with the process. She will select 2 or 3 by the next development committee meeting. The development committee will help with the final selection.
- Once we have an action plan from a consultant, resources can be allocated.
B.
Capital Campaign
- Development Committee members can help with the "ask" with corporate donors. They can help with family donors too.
- Ben will start a process of collecting profiles of trustee members who want to help with potential corporate donor contacts.
- Need to identify the dollar amount needed for each phase of campus construction. Ellen will share the need once it becomes available. This capital plan must include technology upgrading as well.
- Development Committee will determine asking levels (Platinum, Gold, Silver, etc.). The consultant may "fine-tune" the levels.
- Mark will put together a video that showcases the school's corporate partners.
