Kristin Carney made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance & Audit Committee Meeting on 02-23-21.
Liana McLaren seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Finance & Audit
A.
Review February 2021 Financial Statements
Reviewed the February 2021 Financial Statements with a Budget Reforecast.
B.
Athletics Review
Reviewed Athletics that covered Fall I and Winter Sports. Will Review Fall II once that season closes out.
C.
Update Finance Committee Goals
There are no updates to the Finance Committee Goals. Kristin uploaded a goal on Board on Track but wasn't sure if worked. Liana to check and see if there was a goal uploaded.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:30 PM.
