B. Call the Meeting to Order

Liana McLaren called a meeting of the Finance & Audit Committee of Advanced Math & Science Academy Charter School to order on Wednesday Oct 28, 2020 at 5:30 PM.

II. Finance & Audit

A. Call for motion to to into Executive Session

Roger Called a Motion to Go into Executive Session to discuss Lease or Purchase of Real Property as open discussion would be detrimental to our position. We will not reconvene.

Kristin Seconded the motion.

Invited attendees include Bob Baldwin and Lisa O'Connor.

Roll Call Vote was taken and passed unanimously.

III. Closing Items

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
