Call the Meeting to Order
L. Rojas called a meeting of the board of trustees of American Dream Charter School to order on Monday Jan 13, 2025 at 6:00 PM.
L. Rojas made a motion to approve the minutes from ADCS II Board of Trustees Monthly Meeting on 12-16-24.
R. Espinal seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Startup Activities
- Charter Updates (planning year)
- Planning Year Resolution
- Planning year for fund allocation and facilities allocation.
- The charter has approved this.
- The board members have to sign the planning year resolution approved in December by the board's votes.
- Planning year for fund allocation and facilities allocation.
- Planning Year Resolution
- Grant applications completed: Charter School Growth Fund and, New School Venture Fund)
- These are multi-year grants that would provide abundant funding.
- Other Funding Opportunities: CSP
- We attended a webinar for CSP funding and the RFP has not been released. they have to abide by very specific criteria. We expect to be eligible for this grant. The RFP should be released next month.
II. Facility

St. Elizabeth
- St. Elizabeth Facility.
- We will share more with the board when we get a resolution with St. Elizabeth.
- Civic Builders
- We are continuing to work with Civic Builders for a school building location.
