Call the Meeting to Order
L. Rojas called a meeting of the board of trustees of American Dream Charter School to order on Monday Nov 18, 2024 at 6:17 PM.

Approve Minutes
L. Rojas made a motion to approve the minutes from ADCS II Board of Trustees Monthly Meeting on 10-21-24.
R. Espinal seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
D.
Startup Activities
- DOE - Meeting to revise grades 9-12 - N. Gallagher
- We met and they had no questions no comments.
- St. Elizabeth Lease Update
- We have not heard back from the archdioceses. We are waiting to hear back from them.

St. Elizabeth
- We are working with Andrea to see what the trends are in CD6 to see how that reflects in making a grade change.
III. Finance

- We are working on two grants for ADCSll.
