Call the Meeting to Order
L. Rojas called a meeting of the board of trustees of American Dream Charter School to order on Monday Jul 20, 2026 at 5:38 PM.

Approve Minutes
L. Rojas made a motion to approve the minutes from ADCS Board of Trustees Monthly Meeting on 06-15-26.
R. Espinal seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

- Summer Boost is in full swing with approximately 140 students enrolled.
- Students are participating in academic classes and enrichment trips.

- Total Enrollment: 536 students
- Maximum enrollment is 600; ADS is currently under-enrolled.
- Some ninth-grade students may move to tenth grade upon earning additional credits.
- Recruitment efforts will begin earlier this year and continue year-round to improve enrollment.

BENCHMARK 10: Legal Compliance
- The Annual Report is due by August 1 (or the next business day if the deadline falls on a weekend).
- Annual Board Financial Disclosure Forms are required as part of the submission.
- Forms will be pre-filled where possible and sent to board members via DocuSign for signature.
- Board members will receive a reminder to complete the forms promptly so the Annual Report can be submitted by the deadline.
