  • St. Elizabeth Lease Update - 
    • Archdiocese Attorney is recommending that St. Elizabeth move forward with the following arrangement: American Dream will have until end of Feb 2025 to decide whether or not to terminate and after that date, it is presumed that the Lease is in full force and effect and rent will (re)commence as of July 1, 2025 in accordance with the Lease’s terms. Extension of the holding arrangement for 7 months in the amount of 100k.
