Call the Meeting to Order
J. Lampton called a meeting of the board of directors of Voices for International Business and Education to order on Monday Apr 10, 2023 at 6:04 PM.

Approval of the April 10, 2023 Meeting Minutes (5:30 P.M. Meeting)
K. Dwyer made a motion to Approve the minutes.
S. Olivier seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
K. Dwyer made a motion to approve the minutes from VIBE Board Meeting on 04-10-23.
S. Olivier seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
