Call the Meeting to Order
K. Dwyer called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Voices for International Business and Education to order on Wednesday Dec 28, 2022 at 12:13 PM.

Approve Minutes from November 28, 2022 Finance Committee Meeting
S. Olivier made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 11-28-22.
P. Manson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Review Draft Audit

Recommend Approval of Audit to VIBE Board
P. Manson made a motion to Recommend to the full board to approve the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2022. and give Adierah Berger the authority to represent the VIBE Board as approved by the Board and authorized signature on the following:
management representation letter for statewide agreed-upon procedures, management representation letter for performance and statistical data, and management representation letter for financial audit.
S. Olivier seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

S. Olivier made a motion to Adjourned the meeting.
P. Manson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 12:33 PM.
