Call the Meeting to Order

S. Cunningham called a meeting of the Development Committee of Voices for International Business and Education to order on Tuesday Mar 3, 2020 at 5:30 PM.

Approve August 2019 Minutes

S. Cunningham made a motion to approve the minutes from VIBE Development Committee Meeting on 08-19-19.
J. Lampton seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve Minutes from November 2019

S. Cunningham made a motion to approve the minutes from VIBE Development Committee Meeting on 11-18-19.
P. Manson seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

IHSNO 10th Anniversary Gala Update

  • $10k in sponsorships.

Parent Social:
  • March 11 at 5:30 pm at Legacy Park.
  • It is a Sip & Paint.
  • Expecting 15-20 parents. 
At the Square:
  • April 29
  • GiveNOLA will be the focus of our display during volunteer.
    • AW to look into QR code
  • SC will consult with YOC regarding swag items
Gulf Coast Community Awards
  • Opened March 2 - March 31: 
    • gulfbank.com
    • click the vote now banner
  • Must post daily for the charity organization
  • AW will send reminders daily to parents, students, and adults
  • Will be put in the advisory slide presentation
