A. Tufail called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Voices for International Business and Education to order on Monday Sep 16, 2019 at 5:40 PM.

Approve Minutes - August 2019
S. Retzlaff made a motion to approve minutes from the VIBE Finance Committee Meeting on 08-19-19 VIBE Finance Committee Meeting on 08-19-19.
A. Tufail seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

A.
Review of August 2019 Financial Statements
Health insurance costs decreased to both staff and IHSNO with change to Humana as provider. Saving about $8,000/month.
No accounts triggered threshold for discrepancy review.
B.
Grants Pipeline
Recent grant updates: NWEA and Booth Bricker grants for ELL programs, Jazz & Heritage Grant for Marching Band
Amer requests that Denise and Andrea coordinate to get invoices out to Board members.
