GOAL 2: Identify Marketing and Advertising strategies to secure student enrollment
GOAL 3: Update and expand the Donor Database and Outreach

 

Presentation of 2022-23 Review Report

 

Recommendations for 2023-24 Goals:

Goal 1 Ensure IHSNO is financially solvent FY24 year end—

Goal 2 End FY24 with $10K additional in reserves

Goal 3 Increase enrollment to 425 for SY24-25

Discussion regarding combining Finance and Development Committees with Development as a sub Committee of Finance

  
  B. Vote regarding combining Development Committee with Finance Committee Vote Percy Manson 3 m
   

After Discussion- Vote to present the Development Committee Goals to the Finance Committee and propose to the Finance Committee  that the Finance and Development Committees combine  with Development as a sub committee of the Finance Committee, further propose that the Finance Committee after it's discussion and consideration propose to the Full Board a change in the Board Policy Manual to reflect such change.
