K. Kainrath called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Adelante Schools to order on Thursday Nov 20, 2025 at 5:11 PM.

- E.Rangel reviewed the updates Succession Plan due December 1 to OEI

Board Member General Updates
- K.Kainrath updated the Governance Committee on current board member engagement and future planning
- K.Kainrath shared that she had a discussion with current board member, R.Scott, about her interest in stepping into Board Chair in SY2026-2027.
- K.Kainrath will update the full board in December on R.Scott's candidacy for Board Chair
- N.Frech updates the committee on current Board Member numbers (8) and future recruitment efforts for anticipated Board need
