BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SAN ANTONIO PREPARATORY
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of San Antonio Preparatory will be held on Saturday, MAY 18, 2024, beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Members of the public may access the meeting by clicking this link. A quorum of members of the Board will participate in the meeting, which will be audible to the public. Members of the public may submit comments on any agenda item (s) to board@saprep.org before or during consideration of the item.
Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the agenda below. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in an executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session as permitted by and in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

Xavier Toson discussed school operations and cuts in staffing and non essential operations of the school.
Earl Blanche and Xavier Toson provided updates on school lease negotiations and Board advised them to continue negotiating.
