Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of San Antonio Preparatory will be held on December 13, 2023, beginning at 6 pm. 

 

Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the agenda below. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in an executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session as permitted by and in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

Public Hearing on the Charter FIRST Annual Management Report Presentation

Michael Hooten and DSS Team discussed the 2023 Charter FIRST Annual Financial Managment Report. 

III. Executive Session

A.

Gov’t Code 551.071 – Consultation with Board’s Attorney; Closed Meeting

The Board moved into executive session with school attorneys regarding investigation into the schools superintendent.

A.

Academic Growth for Scholars

Upon reentering public session, Interim superintendent Xavier Toson discussed Academic Growth for Scholars project

Organizational Development and Impact

Xavier Toson discussed Organizational Development and Impact for school culture and enrollments.
