NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SAN ANTONIO PREPARATORY
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of San Antonio Preparatory will be held on July 20, 2021 beginning at 7pm. Meetings of the Board are normally held at 6127 Summer Fest Dr, San Antonio TX 78244. THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY VIDEO CONFERENCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR’S AUTHORIZATION CONCERNING SUSPENSION OF CERTAIN OPEN MEETING LAW REQUIREMENTS FOR COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) DISASTER.
Members of the public may access the meeting by dialing 346-248-7799 or clicking Virtual Board Meeting password: 005803. A quorum of members of the Board of will participate in the meeting and will be audible to the public. Members of the public may submit comments on any agenda items(s) to boardinfo@saprep.org before or during consideration of the item.
Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the agenda below. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in an executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session as permitted by and in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

Call the Meeting to Order
D. Behnke called a meeting of the board of directors of San Antonio STEAM Academy to order on Tuesday Jul 20, 2021 at 7:10 PM.

Approve Agenda
B. Coleman made a motion to approve the agenda as is.
A. Blanche seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Other Business
A.
Meal Vendor RFP (Review/Vote)
Meal Vendor Evaluation Scoring Rubric was reviewed/explained by the Director of Operations Samantha Gillespie.
B. Coleman made a motion to approve Selrico as the 2021-22 meal vendor for SA Prep.
R. Vogt seconded the motion.

The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
