Notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the Board of San Antonio Preparatory will be held on MARCH 31, 2021 beginning at 6pm. Meetings of the Board are normally held at 6127 Summer Fest Dr, San Antonio, TX 78244. THIS MEETING WILL BE CONDUCTED BY VIDEO CONFERENCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE GOVERNOR’S AUTHORIZATION CONCERNING SUSPENSION OF CERTAIN OPEN MEETING LAW REQUIREMENTS FOR COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) DISASTER.
Members of the public may access the meeting by dialing 346-248-7799 or clicking Virtual Board Meeting password: 005803. A quorum of members of the Board of will participate in the meeting and will be audible to the public. Members of the public may submit comments on any agenda items(s) to boardinfo@saprep.org before or during consideration of the item.
Items will not necessarily be discussed or considered in the order they are printed on the agenda below. If, during the course of the meeting, discussion of any item on the agenda should be held in an executive or closed session, the Board will convene in such executive or closed session as permitted by and in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.

Welcome to San Antonio Preparatory Charter School's regular board meeting. We appreciate your interest and involvement in making our school a success.
For your convenience, we have outlined below San Antonio Prep's protocol for public comment and participation during our board meetings.
1. Meetings
a. We welcome the public to all of our meetings.
b. San Antonio Prep adheres to all of the requirements of the Texas Open Meetings Act.
"The purpose and clearly stated intent of the Open and Public Meetings Act is to ensure that actions of San Antonio Prep are conducted openly and that San Antonio Prep's business is done in full view of the public."
The intent is that you can watch San Antonio Prep's board conducting its business, not that you weigh in at every juncture.
2. Seating
a. Board members, San Antonio Prep senior staff, and the CEO are invited to sit at the board table.
b. A public seating area is provided for parents, teachers, and other guests.
3. Public Comments
- For concerns or comments that the public wishes to have addressed during the board meeting, please submit them in writing to boardinfo@saprep.org 48 hours in advance of the meeting. The board chair will consider those items for inclusion on the next board meeting agenda, and you will be notified 24 hours in advance of the meeting whether the item will be included.
