Enrollment Update:
- Currently at 321 with 1 additional student pending
- 6th grade cohort is currently at 15 students
- Discussed recruitment strategies

Discussed replacing the treasurer and secretary roles that will be vacant.
Discussed strategies for recruiting new board members.

Adnan reviewed financial dashboard to note how the budget ended for the school year.
Note that enrollment is lower than we projected.
Next steps:
- Make sure that student transportation is properly noted in the budget to more easily see projections vs actuals.
