K. Zaunbrecher called a meeting of the board of trustees of Brooklyn RISE Charter School to order on Saturday Jan 24, 2026 at 9:47 AM.

J. Ni made a motion to Approve the December 2025 meeting minutes.
L. Zhang seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
