    • Pathway refers to AY 25-26, final data available in February 2027

  • 44 students 2026-27; 3 course candidates, 16 IB Diploma candidates
  • Course candidates are students who are taking a variety of courses but less than IB Diploma candidates. The core courses they’re taking: IB English, IB Art, etc. Courses that are IB-specific
  • IB Diploma candidates: get the certificates; have taken all IB courses offered at GGA
  • Universities may accept the credits from IB courses when the students enroll in college

D.

Ramp Credit Card

Ricardo Chapa made a motion to change to Ramp for credit card program.
Maria Miller seconded the motion.

Switching credit card management from PEX to Ramp

  • with Ramp EdOps will have access to the information and activity
  • will streamline the financial process; eliminating the delay of EdOps receiving information
  • automated limit with cards; eliminates administrative step for GGA leadership
  • credit card, not a debit card

EdOps recommends Girls Global move from PEX to Ramp to offer greater oversight of transactions and real time accountability for expenses

  • Procedures accounting for PEX transactions are inefficient and cumbersome
  • EdOps lacks PEX online access and cannot review expenses until after the month close
  • Coding for expenses is manual, delayed and time consuming
  • Ramp provides real time review
  • Cardholders can log in to Ramp to easily code transactions and upload receipts in real time
  • EdOps has a number of schools successfully using Ramp for their credit card expenses
  • Ideally we would like to implement this as of July 1, 2026 for FY27
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
