1. The Risk/Audit committee meets to ensure oversight over the GGA school culture focus, utilizing: 1) Panorama data and the 2) school dashboard as our tool. When panorama survey data is used to help monitor progress in sisterhood climate building, we focus on the following priorities:


Priority #1: Measure growth of time
Priority #2: Compare with peers at other schools
Priority #3: See % of students responding
Priority #4: Include narrative
Priority #5: Monitor matched cohort data--for example, number of 10th graders who reported higher belonging than the same students reported in 9th grade

 

2. The Risk/Audit committee also meets monthly to engage in a risk identification routine identification. We have a discussion of any differences between what the committee identifies as the relevant, timely risks and what Karen (ED) identifies.

 

3. The Risk/Audit committee also works with the external auditors to be prepared for their presentation at the Board meeting (typically in November). EdOps audit team is Samantha Ritwo and Elizabeth Pillion and Tiana Wynn is from SB & Company.
