ACTION ITEM: Motion to approve the consolidation of Tulsa Legacy Charter School campuses, including the closure of the Primary Academy (PA) location effective for the 2026–2027 school year, and to authorize the district to continue operating under its existing OSDE site code with all scholars and programming unified at a single campus location at 6001 N. Peoria Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74126, superseding the prior motion approved on April 23, 2026 solely for the purpose of aligning the board record with OSDE submission requirements. |
