V. Kushnar called a meeting of the board of directors of Global Leadership Academy to order on Friday Feb 4, 2022 at 1:35 PM.

A. K-8 Out of Field Letters

- Mr. Galeani, K12 HR Director, presented the K8 out of field letters for the positions. The teachers are currently working on satisfying their our of field requirements.

- Majority of the teachers are out of field for the ESOL endorsement.

- Board reviewed all of the positions and teachers that are on the letter and approved the following positions and teachers to continue teaching out of field.
