L. Williams called a meeting of the board of directors of Global Leadership Academy to order on Thursday Feb 26, 2026 at 4:31 PM.

J. Farris made a motion to approve the minutes from K-12 Board of Directors Special Meeting on 02-03-26.
C. Hearn seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

Recommendation to approve the December 2025 financial statements.

Recommendation to approve the January 2026 financial statements.

Resolution to add add Joseph Chisolm to GLA bank accounts

Recommendation to add the new CEO - Joseph Chisholm to the GLA bank accounts.
