GLA Discovery has been leasing the Cub campus since 2019, and lease rates have increased significantly since then. The school is exploring the possibility of building a small annex on the Grizzly campus to accommodate grades K–2.

While the project is still in its early stages, architectural design and civil engineering work must be completed to determine its feasibility. If the building is constructed, it will eventually be paid for through the issuance of additional bonds.

In order for the current architectural and engineering expenses to be reimbursed from future bond proceeds, a reimbursement resolution must be adopted before any payments are made.
