IV. Deep Dive Topics
A.
Budget assumptions and salary line for FY27
Geovanna Izurieta presented the budget draft in detail for board approval of the salary line. The proposal included salary increases for existing staff and funding for new positions to support the addition of 10th grade at the new campus.
The FY27 budget reflects these priorities.
- ensure financial sustainability and support our strong program as we grow to scale and serve 1465 students by SY28/29
- reward our faculty and staff equitably
- meet debt obligations and covenants
Board members voted unanimously to approve the FY27 salary line.
