The Clover Park School District (CPSD) Board of Directors will hold a regular meeting on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 6 p.m. in room 4 of the Student Services Center located at 10903 Gravelly Lake Dr. SW, Lakewood, WA 98499.

  • The board of directors welcomes public participation and civil engagement.
  • We will hear public comment this evening for a maximum of 60 minutes. Public comment can be extended by action of the board. 
  • Public comments is a time for board members to listen and consider but not to comment or debate. When appropriate, the Board may choose to issue a response. Items submitted in writing will be provided to the Board.
  • It is expected that speakers will observe the commonly accepted rules of courtesy, decorum, dignity and good taste. As outlined in Policy 4203, Civility, civil conduct is expected on District property or at District-sponsored activities.
  • Members of the audience may comment on items relating to any matter related to School Board business. This is not an appropriate forum for negative comments or criticisms of individual staff or students. Concerns involving individual employees should be addressed through the appropriate administrative supervisors, either in the schools or in
    the district office.
  • If you want to give public comment you may submit a comment card or enter your full name into the chat box.
  • You will be given three (3) minutes for public comment. An individual may only receive one deferment of time making the total speaking time for any individual six (6) minutes.
  • We will call on community for public comment in the order received alternating between comment cards and names in the chat box.
  • If the time for public comment expires, you may send your written comments to the superintendent’s office, and they will be forwarded to the Board of Directors for their review.
  • Please contact the superintendent's office at cwlewis@cloverpark.k12.wa.us or at 253-583-5190 if you need communication aids or services during a meeting as soon as possible and no later than forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled meeting so that necessary arrangements can be made.
