Call the Meeting to Order
J. De La Garza called a meeting of the board of directors of Pathway Academy to order on Friday Jun 26, 2026 at 5:34 PM.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESOLUTION
J. De La Garza made a motion to approve the resolution to move the school's primary campus to 501 Birdwell Suite 30 from 706 E. 12th Street, Big Spring, TX.
T. Farley seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
