Call the Meeting to Order
D. Grant called a meeting of the Student Outcomes Committee Committee of Education for Change Public Schools to order on Monday Mar 3, 2025 at 5:05 PM.

Public Comment
- parents expressing interest in meeting with teachers, difficulty connecting parents and teachers in some instances, desire to establish streamlined process for guardians to meet with teachers and discuss concerns, FIA may be partner in fostering these connections, ensuring all parties feel like they're part of team together
II. Student Outcomes Committee Business

Adopt the agenda
E. Cisneros made a motion to adopt agenda.
S. Ycoy-Walton seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Approve minutes from previous meeting
S. Ycoy-Walton made a motion to approve the minutes from Student Outcomes Committee Meeting on 01-13-25.
E. Cisneros seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

MOY academic data
- overview of CA dashboard functionality and results
- discussion of new CA growth metric
- overview of latest KPI results
- review of site-, grade-, demographic-level ELA and Math interim data
- discussion of factors influencing results
- overview of next steps to propel student growth
D.
MOY culture data
- improvements in chronic absenteeism across sites and significant subgroups
- some sites and subgroups currently beating EOY target for chronic absenteeism
- all schools on track to meet EOY suspension target
- subgroups improved over last year, some disparities
