Call the Meeting to Order

M. Barr called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Education for Change Public Schools to order on Monday Nov 25, 2024 at 4:01 PM.

Approve minutes from previous meeting

C. Campbell made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 09-03-24.
M. Barr seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Finance

A.

1st Interim Financials

Staff reviewed 1st interim financials and answered committee questions. 

 

B.

2023-24 Audit Update

Staff provided audit update and answered committee questions. 

III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:20 PM.
