- Review of chronic absenteeism through December, improvement over last year, discussion of interventions to improve attendance
- Discussion of K-2nd literacy measured via FastBridge, data through November, target of 70%, inclusion of EL/GLAD practices
- Review of 3rd-5th literacy based on internal IAB, consolidated test types across org
- Discussion of 6h-8th literacy based on org-wide internal IAB
- Review of 3rd-5th math data based on internal IAB
- Discussion of 6th-8th math data from internal IAB, overview of coaching plan
- Review of suspension data through December, phasing out exclusionary practices
- Discussion of belonging survey data, focus on expressing opinions and peer-to-peer relationships

- Review of impact of summer attendance on literacy data from end of prior year compared to beginning of following year
