Call the Meeting to Order
E. Camp called a meeting of the Executive Committee Committee of Education for Change Public Schools to order on Tuesday Aug 11, 2026 at 5:08 PM.

S. Urzua made a motion to adopt the agenda.
J. Willis seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approve Minutes from 5.19.26 Meeting
J. Willis made a motion to approve the minutes from Executive Committee Meeting on 05-19-26.
S. Urzua seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
III. Discussion Items
A.
Preliminary SY25/26 Superintendent Targets Reflection
The committee members discussed the content of the Superintendent's reflections on the preliminary student and org culture outcomes data.
B.
Executive Committee body of work for the year
The committee discussed the need for Executive Committee to engage in Superintendent evaluation planning for the year.
C.
Board recruitment
The committee discussed the need to include learning about the various cultures of the EFC schools as part of the onboarding process.

Adjourn Meeting
N. Gangopadhyay made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
S. Urzua seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:00 PM.
